Real estate project, commissioned by private, homes for families of 4 to 6 people in height.
The commission started with the basis of being able to occupy 100% of the construction capacity. In order not to create a static volume, it was decided to generate columns with slopes on the roof , making a nod to typical Valdivian houses, generating a slender volume.
